Pottawattamie County, the City of Council Bluffs, and the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce are partnering to help address food insecurity in our community. Many local families continue to face challenges putting food on the table, and this community-wide effort aims to make a difference—one donation at a time.
Donation boxes will be available at select County and City buildings for anyone wishing to drop off nonperishable food or hygiene items. All donations will directly benefit Together Inc., a local nonprofit organization that provides food and essential supplies to families in need throughout the region.
“This partnership reflects how much stronger we are when we work together,” said Kate Gerber, Pottawattamie County Public Relations Manager. “By coordinating across city, county, and chamber locations, we’re making it easier for residents to give back and support local families.”
