Find Local Vaccine Information with VaccineConnect

Pottawattamie County Public Health is partnering with Voices for Vaccines to bring VaccineConnect to our community, a free online resource designed to make it easier to access trusted vaccine information and find local vaccination options. 

Whether you’re looking for a routine vaccination, trying to determine where a particular vaccine is available, or simply aren’t sure where to start, VaccineConnect brings helpful information together in one place. 

Through VaccineConnect, community members can: 

• Find nearby locations offering vaccinations 

• See which vaccines are available at participating locations 

• View location hours and other helpful details 

• Request additional help from a community health worker 

For those who would like more personalized assistance, VaccineConnect offers the option to request a free, anonymous call from a community health worker. Community health workers can help answer questions and connect individuals with a nearby pharmacy or other location offering the vaccination they need. 

The goal is simple: make it easier for Pottawattamie County residents to know where to turn when they need vaccine information or services.
