The Pottawattamie County Attorney's Office offers a variety of diversion programs to maximize public safety, reduce recidivism, and enhance a fair and efficient criminal justice system.
Each case is subject to individualized review and eligibility to participate in the program will depend on the specific circumstances of the case.
