Proclamation Request
Proclamations are issued at the Board of Supervisors' discretion to honor, celebrate, or increase awareness of a noteworthy event, milestone, or achievement related to the broader Pottawattamie County community. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to their relevance to the county and its citizens.
Proclamation requests must be submitted at least 21 calendar days before the requested date. Proclamations are read during regular Board of Supervisors meetings on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. in the county courthouse.
