1)    Update on Minden Recovery.  
2)    Discussion and/or decision on anticipated scope of the work.
B.    Matt Wyant/Director, Planning and Development – Second Consideration of Ordinance No. 2026-05, an ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of Pottawattamie County, Iowa by changing the district designation of approximately 3.77 acres from a Class C-2 (General Commercial) District to a Class A-4 (Loess Hills) District.  
C.    Matt Wyant/Director, Planning and Development – Second Consideration of Ordinance No. 2026-06, an ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of Pottawattamie County, Iowa by changing the district designation of approximately 4.71 acres from a Class C-1 (Highway Commercial) District to a Class I-1 (Limited Industrial) District.  
D.    Jason Slack/Director, Buildings and Grounds – Discussion and/or decision to approve Bil-Den Glass proposal to replace three failed window units at the Health Services Building.
E.    David Bayer/Chief Information Officer, Information Technology – Discussion and/or decision to approve Board Chairman to sign Quote for UKG additional modules.

A.    Dixie Wilson/Accounting Technician, Auditor’s Office – Discussion and/or decision to approve/disallow the following applications made to the Assessor’s Office: Homestead (99 recommend allowed, 6 recommend disallowed), Military (15 recommend allowed, 0 recommend disallowed), Disabled Veteran Homestead (13 recommend allowed, 0 recommend disallowed), Family Farm (8 recommend allowed, 0 recommend disallowed). 
B.    Jasmine Elmore/Director, Human Resources – Discussion and/or decision to approve and authorize the Board to sign the contract with WIQ Spark for the Employee Wellness Provider.
C.    Jamie Behrends/Deputy Auditor – Discussion and/or decision on IPERS employee contribution refunds.
D.    Kristen Bracker/Attorney and Lea Voss/Treasurer– Discussion and/or decision regarding the process for properties with delinquent and unpaid property taxes that have not been sold at tax sale, including options when an adjoining property owner is interested in acquiring the property, with the goal of returning the property to the tax rolls.
