Individuals and families can now access expanded reproductive health services at Pottawattamie County Public Health. The program offers voluntary family planning, preconception care and preventive health resources designed to help individuals determine the number and spacing of their children while promoting overall reproductive health and education.
Inclusive Care
The program is rooted in a commitment to providing high-quality care in an environment where every person feels heard, valued and respected. All services are confidential, no one is turned away due to inability to pay, and supplemental coverage may be available.
Comprehensive Family Planning Services
A wide range of reproductive health services, including:
Pregnancy Prevention & Birth Spacing

Sexual Health Education
Educational services focus on raising awareness about reproductive health, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and the importance of safe practices. Testing services are available, along with information about pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP and PEP).
Preconception Health
