Absentee Voting & COVID-19

To cut down on unnecessary contact and to limit exposure at polling places on Election Day we strongly recommend you consider requesting an absentee ballot be mailed to you.  Submit your absentee ballot request and you will receive your ballot in the mail where you can vote from the comfort and safety of your own home and return it in the mail for free!

Want us to mail you an Absentee Ballot Request form?  Complete the online form and an absentee ballot request form will be mailed to you. Then all you need to do is fill it out and send it back!

You can also download an absentee ballot request form and mail it in, call our office at (712) 328-5700, option 3, or email [email protected] and include your name and mailing address and we will mail you a request form.  You can also visit our absentee voting page for more information.

You may now drop off your voted absentee ballot to our new drop box located on the east side of the Courthouse.
