The Pottawattamie County Information Technology Department (PCIT) is an internal service department that works to support the goals of the other County departments.  Our core competencies include: Hardware, Networking, Communication, Software, and Security.  These pillars are the focus of our skilled team of Help Desk Technicians, Network Administrators, and Cybersecurity Analysts.
