The Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) Aging Committee invites community members to a free Power of Attorney Clinic and Resource Fair.
Date: Wednesday, May 21, 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: The Salvation Army, 715 N. 16th Street, Council Bluffs.
Cost: FREE
Reservations: required for legal services
This special event is designed to empower individuals aged 55 and older—as well as their caregivers and providers—with the knowledge and tools to plan for the future. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with a wide range of aging-related service providers and hear from expert speakers every 30 minutes on topics related to aging well in our community.
One-on-One Legal Assistance Thanks to a generous partnership with Petersen Law PLLC and Stuart Tinley Law Firm, attendees can schedule a free 30-minute appointment to complete a Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will.
