City of Avoca & Regional Water - YELLOW Warning
The city is served by Regional Water Rural Water Association. The city has reported their community has been maintaining adequate water pressure and supplies from the utility and remain under a YELLOW mandatory conservation order, which is determined by the utility. City of Oakland - Tier II Warning
Oakland is in a Tier II Water Conservation Warning. System well levels are operating lower than their annual average due to the ongoing drought conditions. The system was restored to near normal operations and capacity after the emergency repair to a deep well pump critical to the system and implementation of mandatory water use restrictions.

The repair of recently discovered leaks have assisted in reducing daily water usage from the system.
